📅 How do I book a cruise?  

All bookings are done online through our Booking & Pricing page. Select your trip duration, group size, and date. First come, first served.
 
⏰ What are the available time slots?  
Trip options:  
– 2-hour, 3-hour, or 4-hour cruises  
– Weekday & weekend slots vary  
– Final times shown during booking
 
💰 How much does it cost?  
Pricing depends on day and trip length.  
– Weekdays (Mon–Thurs): Starting at $320 (up to 8 guests)  
– Weekends (Fri–Sun): Starting at $400 (up to 8 guests)
 
👥 How many people can come?  
Our boat seats up to 8 guests max, based on a combined passenger weight limit. No exceptions.
 
👨‍✈️ Is a captain included?  
No. We connect you with a list of licensed captains you can hire separately. You’re responsible for selecting and booking a captain before your trip.
 
🍔 Can we bring our own food and drinks?  
Absolutely! Bring whatever snacks, food, or beverages you like (alcohol is allowed — drink responsibly). Coolers are welcome.
 
🎉 Can we decorate the boat?  
Yes — you’re welcome to bring your own decorations for birthdays, celebrations, or themed vibes. Just be sure to remove them after the cruise.
 
🗑️ Is cleanup included?  
No. The boat was clean when you boarded. It should be clean when you leave. Excessive trash or mess may result in extra charges — check your contract.
 
🌧️ What happens if it rains?  
We monitor weather closely. In the case of severe weather, you’ll have the option to reschedule. Light rain? The cruise will likely continue. Weather updates provided day-of.
 
❌ What’s your cancellation policy?  
Deposits are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your trip with at least 72 hours’ notice, depending on availability.
 
📍 Where do we board?  
We launch from the Hammond Marina on Lake Michigan. Detailed directions and instructions are sent after booking.
