1. RENTER RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The individual booking this rental (hereafter referred to as the “Renter”) must be at least 21 years old and is fully responsible for all guests aboard the vessel during the rental period.

 

The Renter assumes all responsibility for ensuring compliance with safety, conduct, and operational rules while on board.

2. CAPTAIN REQUIREMENT

 

All trips require a licensed U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) captain.

 

The Renter is responsible for hiring and paying a USCG-licensed captain from the approved list or providing one with valid credentials prior to departure.

3. LIFE JACKET POLICY

 

All passengers must wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket at all times while on the boat.

 

Party Boat Entertainment Group is not responsible for any individual failing to comply.

 

The Renter is solely responsible for ensuring life jackets are worn from the moment guests board until they exit the vessel.

4. ALCOHOL & BEHAVIOR

 

Alcohol is permitted on board for guests 21 and older. However, excessive drinking, unruly behavior, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

 

The captain reserves the right to terminate any trip immediately for behavior deemed unsafe or disrespectful. No refunds will be issued.

5. DAMAGE LIABILITY

 

The Renter will be held financially responsible for any damage to the boat, its equipment, or any related property caused by the Renter or their guests.

6. TRIP START & END TIME RULES

 

Trips begin and end at the scheduled booking time. Late arrivals do not extend trip duration.

 

Guests must vacate the vessel promptly at the end of the scheduled rental time.

7. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Full refunds are available if cancellations are made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled trip.

 

Cancellations made within 7 days of the trip are non-refundable, unless weather or safety conditions prevent departure.

9. WEATHER POLICY

 

In the event of unsafe weather conditions, the Renter may reschedule the trip or request a full refund.

 

The decision to cancel due to weather is at the discretion of the captain or Party Boat Entertainment Group.

10. WAIVER OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

 

By participating in this rental, all guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with boating, including injury, drowning, or death.

 

Party Boat Entertainment Group is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damages incurred during the trip.

11. DIGITAL SIGNATURE AGREEMENT

 

By completing the booking process, the Renter agrees to all terms outlined in this agreement.

 

The Renter acknowledges that their digital confirmation constitutes a binding signature under applicable laws.
