– Full payment is due at time of booking.
– A $4 per guest service fee will be added to the final invoice (not shown on flyer).
– A licensed captain is required for all bookings (not included in listed prices).

– Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund.
– Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable unless due to weather or safety conditions.
– If weather or unsafe conditions force a cancellation, we will:
• Reschedule your trip, or
• Issue a full refund – your choice.

– Your trip starts at the booked time, not when you arrive.
– Late arrivals do not extend your time on the water.
– No-shows or arrivals more than 30 minutes late forfeit the trip without refund.

– No fighting, harassment, or illegal behavior. Violations will end the trip immediately with no refund.
– No smoking of illegal substances on board.
– Any guest damaging the boat or equipment will be held liable for all repair or replacement costs.
– No glass containers allowed. Bring beverages in cans or plastic.

– You may bring your own alcohol (BYOB).
– All guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol.
– The captain has the right to terminate the trip if guests become unruly or unsafe due to alcohol use.

– All guests must sign a waiver before boarding.
– You are riding at your own risk. Party Boat Entertainment Group is not responsible
for any personal injuries, lost or stolen items, or accidents during the trip.

– Excessive messes (vomit, broken items, stains) may result in a $100 cleaning fee.
– Floating mat, Bluetooth speakers, and other amenities must be returned in good condition.
